The Craigend Recreation and Agriculture Society is the local administrating body for recreation in the Craigend Recreation Area. The Society consists of a 16-member board with positions for president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and twelve directors. All positions are elected at the annual meeting in December and are open to any community member.

The Society operates on monies received through provincial grants and fundraising ventures. The Society is required to submit the annual projected budgets to the Lac La Biche County before September 30 of the current year.
